Sam
I think you don't have the holes, in the plastic under the rear windows, to install it with the 7 seats version.

moparfreak77
I can't open that attachment for some reason. It is the stock cargo cover that came with our Journey. It was a 5 seater and covered the back trunk area.

spawomir
yes it does retract. I am keen to buy it,could you please find out how much it will cost to ship it to London UK?
fjpod
I also have one that I dont use...for a couple of reasons. Firstly, if you try to put something large in the cargo bay, it's just plain in the way. Secondly, my rear windows are darkly tinted and you can't hardly see in anyway. Randal Taylor
Just from experience shipping it would probably cost less to drive than to send via a shipper.
spawomir
Well you can not drive to UK, Europe from Ontario...

AlexGT
Can someone be so kind to post the part number or serial number of this cargo cover, I have checked with several dealers and online and no one seems to find the mopar number or any identifying number for it. Thanks so much! oneframe
I don't know why there's no part number readily available. Have you tried telling the dealer do a search via the part name - Tonneau Cover. How about if you try to print out the illustration of the cover over at the Mopar site? Dodge Mopar Parts Go to "Interior Trim" then click on "Tonneau Cover". The price and illustration is there - $282.00. Perhaps if you print that out and present it to the dealer so they can search from there.
burgandy25
We bought our Dodge Journey brand new and it didn't come with this cover, we knew that the holes where for some sort of cover (we have only 2 row seating) and when we asked our dealership when we bought it new they said we had to pay for it seperatly. It seams kind of fishy and they just want more money from us, should we be able to do something to get one from them since we never got one when we bought it brand new? bramfrank
The retractable cargo cover is a feature for the 5 passenger version of the journey and is supplied as standard equipment in the US on the SXT and higher trim levels and on the SE Plus and higher in Canada. If you didn;t buy a vehicle in which it comes standard and you want one you'll need to take out a credit card to buy it. It is made in several colour versions; Black, Gray and Dark Tan - there are a tan and a gray one on eBay right now - and it is a $315 item at retail (you can find them new online for less than $175 - parts.com), whch was one of the reasons I went for the SE Plus when I bought my Journey, the others being the tinted glass and 17" wheels - the LED tail lights leather steering wheel, floor mats and other bits made the extra money I paid worthwhile. monet724
Hello, I am looking to purchase a Retractable Cargo Cover for the 2009 Journey (without 3rd row seats). Does anyone have one that they would like to sell?? Thanks, monet724
Official Dodge Support DodgeCACares Posted November 19, 2012 Official Dodge Support Report Share Posted November 19, 2012 Monet, The part number for the cargo cover is 1DD79XDVAC and you can get details on pricing and avilability from your local Dodge retailer. I've attached a diagram for you to print off so your dealer knows exactly what you are looking for. Hope this helps.
