Jonathan1985
Hi guys, I know there are alot of threads probably regarding my next question but I'm at work and haven't got the time to read through them for the moment. I installed the curt wiring harness. The turn signals have power on them when using them but the tail lights won't give me any power. I have my 14.xx volts upto the box that comes with the Curt 56154 unit. Anybody else have this problem? Thanks guys! I appreciate you taking time to help me out. dhh3
Plenty of threads concerning hooking up a Curt hitch on the forum. The DJ has the most Mickey Mouse Trailer Tow Package that I have ever seen! Edited May 15, 2016 by dhh3
Jonathan1985
So the only way is to flash the computer? I'm wondering how the computer knows we install a three way.... Resistance?
dhh3
Since you are not installing a Mopar Harness, you should not have to flash because it is aftermarket. I do know that there are two kits for the DJ: one with LEDs, one with bulbs. Not sure why, because there is 12v in the harness going to the LED tail lights. Jonathan1985
It probably takes the signal from the led once it is activated and gives out 12 volts to the harness. My theory.
