2011 DJ towing package

I have a 2011 DJ that came with the tow package. I plugged in that hitch package but don't have any power to it. Anyone know if I need a fuse or what I can do?

You need to have it activated at your Dodge Dealer. They have to activate the Sales Code which will energize the lights! The DJ had the most Mickey Mouse Trailer Tow Package that I have ever seen. I'm getting mine done next Wednesday.

I had it in at dodge and they told me they tried that but didn't work. I'm confused if they can't figure it out without charging $600 to fix it

As stated, it needs to be enabled by the dealer. If the one you are using cant figure that out, go to another one.

Post the last eight digits of your VIN and the approximate mileage and I'll add the sales code for you that will enable the power to your trailer wiring. All you will have to do then is return to your dealer for a Vehicle Reconfiguration, or Restoration as it is also known. After the reconfiguration the lights should work.
