jshabouk
Quick question... Yesterday the auto door lock buttons on the driver side switch in the door of my 2015 Dodge Journey both got stuck pushed down. Not sure how it happened. What's the easiest way to get the master switch out and reset the buttons? Can't find a service manual on the site, so I'm hoping you all can advise. Thanks. dhh3
The switch unit pulls straight up. It is held in by metal friction clips. Use a small plastic panel removal tool to pry it up. Otherwise, use a small flat blade screw driver. I'm not sure how to take it apart to access the the switch buttons.
jshabouk
Dealership ordered me a new unit (under warranty), but when I hit a bump, the door locks click. Is there a particular side I should pry up? Is there a service diagram someplace I can refer to? Thanks. dhh3
jkeaton
Personally I would let the dealer deal with it since you are under warranty. OhareFred and dhh3
dhh3
You can pry it up on either small end. jkeaton
