Chris1276
I have 2012 dodge journey rt. mine is out of 3 year warranty. My uconnect used to stuck on loading. I did disconnect my battery to reset it. It worked. But another issue occured. Im not sure if its the mic or something. Because it never respond to any voice command. My question is: is there anything to check like fuse or anything. How hard is it to replace mic on it? I'm thonking of fixing it myself first. Because iys out of warranty dealership is not my first option. Anybody experience here the same issue? Thanks in advance
redtomatoman
I believe that there is a TSB for the VR. Not sure if it will help your specific problem. It helped me when my VR wouldn't respond correctly to commands. Dealer service center applied the update on mine. Good luck. Peace. dhh3

jkeaton
If you are out of warranty you will have to pay. Only recalls are covered if warranty is expired. dhh3
dhh3
Make sure the wire harness to the mirror is plugged in tightly. Try unplugging it, and plugging it back in.
