PaulSR
Hello all, I'm sure I read it here once but I can't seem to find the topic. When accelerating between 1500 and 2000 rpms, a whining sound seems to come from the engine or the transmission or the exhaust. (2009 SXT, 19" pkg) Depending on the speed, the whining sound can be changed by pressing the gas pedal. Of course the dealer claims no knowledge of the issue. Any info or links describing a fix are appreciated. List of issues I've found to date: - Driver side passenger door does not always lock - Alarm sounds when attempting to unlock via key fob - Sunroof leaks - Left turn honk from steering resv. despite replacement of resv. - Incredibly inferior paint job All comments welcomed.
