Throttle Body error 2.4 engine

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey  that I have replaced the throttle body  no  change only other error code is idle RPM too high.When cold it will shake and activates only throttle body error light.After warmed up runs fine unless you are stopped to long than shakes and activates the throttle body error light.Garage reprogrammed for new throttle body took them 3 times.I am going to replace air temperature sensor and look at fuel pressure.It is my daughter car and she lives 3 hours away any ideas would be  great.
