Steven Harshbarger
Ok, here's one for you guys. I don't know if it would work or not, but for the Dodge Chargers for those that don't have automatic headlights, If you have dual climate, regardless of the light switch, you have access to automatic headlights. If you pull the knob off, then turn the switch left (without the knob) to where the "auto" position would be, your auto headlights work. Then you modify the knob to allow you to turn the knob to that position by cutting off a small block of plastic that stops you from turning into that position. It works like a charm on the charger but not sure if it would work for the journeys. Who's brave enough to try this and see? It seems simple enough but i don't know if we have a similar light switch or not in the Journeys. For the Chargers, if you have dual climate, and the globe on the center of the dash, it works. Some years even work without the dual climate system. It has to do with how the systems share that globe/sensor on the center of the dash. Being that Dodge products share similar things, maybe this feature is one that could work?
