nehvada
in theory yes, but there is a huge pile of parts to be replaced, such as cargo box, seat belts, side panels. you will also need the second row seats, because they do not fold up, for easy access to the rear. best is to find a donor car at a carwrecking. BrianS
My question would be "Why?" I have 3rd row seating in mine... no choice, FCA dictated that was the only thing available here in Canada. What a waste! 3rd row seats are all but useless.. way too small to be of any use IMHO.
bramfrank
My '14 is a 2 row. They can be ordered that way. But there is more to the conversion than that extensive list - if you don't have the 3rd row of seats you don't get the rear air . . . . . . jkeaton
We use our third row all the time. For adults. No issues. Move the second row up for more leg room. Edited March 19, 2017 by jkeaton
2late4u
i have the 2 row seats and i do miss not having the rear air as well,i live in Alabama and the rear air in my 2011 felt great didnt think it would make a big difference when i bought the 2014 but it does make the journey a little warmer during the summer oh well live and learn... Steven Harshbarger
Although it doesn't get used alot, the 3rd row has really came in handy a few times for me since we purchased the Journey. Most days, the third seats are laying flat to provide a larger cargo area, but I really like having the 3rd row. OhareFred
Neto
2009 with no 3rd row. I have never missed it, and like the extra storage space back there. It's a 4-banger, & I imagine the weight difference helps the MPG, and acceleration. (But I have a 2010 Caravan for work that has the stow & go, so we have another option in the rare cases when we need more seating.)
